Neil McArthur is a co-founder of TalkTalk, one of the major UK Telecommunications companies where he continues as a senior executive.

He is a successful entrepreneur and the owner and chairman of a UK-based property development business - North Cheshire Developments Limited.

Neil is a graduate of Essex University in the UK with a degree in Telecommunications and Computer Science. He is a Chartered Engineer and, in 1992, was awarded an M.B.E for his services to engineering.

Andrew has a BSc (Hons) Pharmacy degree from Manchester University gained in 1974 and has been a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (MRPharmS) since 1975. Andrew is a retired pharmacist who was responsible for building up a chain of over 100 pharmacies in the UK. He was also previously director and shareholder in PCT Healthcare Holdings Limited, which operated a pharmacy retail and wholesale division and a property company. He was a member of the Alliance Boots European Pharmacist Forum for 10 years (1999 to 2009) and a member of the Professional Executive Committee of Salford Primary Care Trust (2002 to 2007). Andrew is currently both a supporter of and investor in several life-science companies and a supporter of nature conservation and wellbeing of communities in less fortunate parts of the world – hence his involvement
