dck have been working with Waterside to support the application for construction financing as well as supporting Waterside’s engagement with modular and non-modular vendors as part of the Project’s pre-construction planning process.
dck will continue to support Waterside’s completion of detailed designs and will then manage off-site (modular) and on-site construction activities on Waterside’s behalf. Having dck involved in the project from conceptual planning through to construction management reduces risk and uncertainty for Waterside by dck providing a smooth transition from the planning phase to delivery.
