The master concept plan for the resort has been designed by OBMI, a leading firm of designers, architects and master planners based in Florida. Rokers Point Resort will provide an exclusive escape for the sophisticated traveler, blending contemporary architecture, unique water views, and access to the sea, to provide a one-of-a-kind island destination experience. A stylish, exciting and relaxing escape.
The resort buildings will be built using sustainable modular manufacturing and construction methodology. A key feature of the project with inherent benefits – offering significantly reduced construction risk, speed of construction, enhanced quality, decreased material waste and less disruption to the surrounding environment. The resort’s overall standard of finish and amenities will be commensurate with at least those of a 4-star hotel
