Distributed over 106 hotel rooms; 62 suites; and 5 three-bed and four-bed family villas, the resort will offer a total of 175 keys. The facilities will be centered around the modern 3 and 4-story resort buildings, each guest room and suite with its own large outdoor terrace or balcony and impressive views.
The resort will have five family villas – three single-story villas, each comprising 3 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms; and 2 two-story villas, each comprising 4 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms.

Appropriate health and safety features required by the brand franchisor – including the latest features introduced following the COVID-19 pandemic – will be incorporated into the resort’s designs.

The resort will feature spa and treatment pavilions, a well-equipped gym, fitness/yoga and other wellness areas and a kids’ club and play area. There will also be a separate events’ space for weddings, conferences and meetings which will assist with occupancy levels and revenue generation during normally quieter periods.

The information below presents a breakdown of the number, type and size of accommodation that will be available to guests staying at the resort as well as a view of the square foot size of the amenities and back-of-house facilities (BOH). The sizes of amenity buildings and BOH facility are more than sufficient to support the efficient and effective operation of the resort with the assumed forecast number of guests at any one time.
